Sailaway is a 45’ Jeanneau Sun Odessey, rated for blue water (open ocean travel.) After an exhaustive search from Alaska to Southern California, Chris and Janis found Sailaway in Vancouver, Canada. After purchasing Sailaway and the months of work to make her “just so,” they sailed her from Anacortes, Washington to Seward, Alaska.
With three cabins, two heads, a well-equipped galley, spacious salon, roomy cockpit and inviting deck, there’s plenty of room to enjoy the experience inside and out. She is equipped far beyond US Coast Guard safety requirements, including a satellite phone, and an offshore rated life raft.
